Refund Policy

We stand behind every bottle. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. No need to return the unused product in most cases.
To start a refund, email support@simpyl.co with your order number and a brief note on what wasn't right. We typically respond within one business day.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Subscription orders can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge. To avoid future charges, cancel or pause your subscription from your account dashboard before the next renewal date.
This policy applies to direct purchases on simpyl.co only. Orders placed through retailers or marketplaces are subject to those vendors' refund policies.
